Glass HoldCo s.r.o., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Czech Republic, Company ID No. 088 43 406, with its registered office at Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 326307 (the “Controlling Entity”)
controls as the controlling entity the group of entities of the TESCAN Group (in Czech: koncern) formed by the following controlled entities:
- Glass VLNCo s.r.o., with its registered office at Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identification number 088 65 264, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. C 133669;
- Glass SecurityCo s.r.o., with its registered office at Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identification number 088 44 313, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. C 133711; and
- TESCAN GROUP, a.s., with its registered office at Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identification number 177 74 713, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. B 8821.
Structure of the group of entities of the TESCAN Group:

The Controlling Entity is the sole shareholder of Glass VLNCo s.r.o.;

Glass VLNCo s.r.o. is the sole shareholder of Glass SecurityCo s.r.o.; and

Glass SecurityCo s.r.o. is the sole shareholder of TESCAN GROUP, a.s.
