Information on the processing of personal data in connection with the operation of the camera system

How and why do we process personal data:

The processing of your personal data by our company takes place for the purpose of protecting property and persons, based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the protection of our property, the property of third parties and ensuring security in the operated premises. At the same time, we pursue our legal interest in fulfilling contractual obligations with customers, due to which the standard retention period for records is 72 hours due to monitoring of the dispatch area and in connection with the warranty conditions for the company’s products that are shipped to customers.

For the above purposes, we process your image and information about your movement and your actions in monitored areas, obtained from conventional CCTV cameras. Audio is not recorded. 

Time of the data processing and archiving:

We generally keep recordings from the camera system for a period of 72 hours from their acquisition. In the event of an infringement detected, we keep records of that infringement for the time necessary to fulfill the above purpose.

Categories of processors or recipients to whom we may provide personal data:

For the above purpose, we do not use a data processor and do not transfer the data to other controllers.

Exceptions are cases where we will be obliged to transfer this data by law (in particular to courts and the police in the exercise of their statutory powers) and cases where we will transfer this data to state authorities or third parties (especially persons harmed by unlawful conduct) to achieve the above purpose. 

What are your rights?

As part of the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Access to processed personal data.

  • Rectification of inaccurate or incorrect data or completion of incomplete data.

  • Deletion of personal data in the event of termination of purpose or unauthorized processing.

  • Restriction or blocking of the processing of personal data.

  • Object to processing of personal data.
