Tescan UniTOM XL Dynamic CT Beam Time competition

ion beam unitom XL

Tescan has installed a new UniTOM XL Dynamic CT system in our demo laboratory in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, USA. To celebrate this new opportunity to experience Tescan instrumentation in person in the United States, without the need to travel to Europe, we are opening a 2026 Call for Proposals for one week of dedicated dynamic X-ray CT beam time.

We invite the micro-CT research community across North, Central, and South America to submit proposals for projects that require time-resolved, high-fidelity 3D imaging to study evolving internal structures, transport phenomena, or transient processes. If your work depends on true dynamic CT rather than quasi-static imaging, this programme is intended for you. Tescan will review proposals for scientific fit, feasibility, and the strength of the dynamic CT rationale, and may contact applicants for clarification or technical discussion prior to final selection.

Submission deadline: 31 March 2026 |  Register Now

Ready to propose

If you are exploring a new dynamic CT concept, validating a novel experimental approach, or tackling a problem where time matters as much as space, we encourage you to submit. Submit your proposal and secure beam time on Tescan UniTOM XL Dynamic CT. For technical questions prior to submission, contact us via this form or email applications.microCT@tescan.com
